I haven’t gone to a hair dresser in two years and have always struggled to articulate what I want because I was never confident what would look good on me. Within a couple minutes of our appointment, Victoria had described the exact vision I had in my own mind and killed in with the execution!

Ladies of Berwick you need this place in your life!
First time at Allura this week. The actual place is stunning, you have great vibes the second you walk in, they have a menu for drinks of your choice, the ladies are very welcoming and always smiling.
I went in for a consultation at first as I wanted a big change (from long to short & from blonde to dark), lovely Jess did my consultation (free) and booked in for the treatment the following week. (They also provide a broken down quote so no surprises 😊)
The amount of knowledge she has provided me with made me feel very comfortable, I know I was in very good hands.
The wash area is seperate to the rest of the salon, very calming and quiet (similar to a spa room at endota) and they have quiet rooms and family rooms, the entire place just seems more like a day spa, relaxing music, the ladies are quiet, rather than your usual hair salons which are usually loud and packed and feels like a nightclub.
You will not regret going in if you’re not 150% happy with your current hair salon, this is your new place!

I’ve been here twice before and my experience has been amazing both times. The salon is absolutely beautiful and the extra touches, such as a free drinks menu, really make a huge difference. My hairdresser, Mani, is extremely knowledgeable and didn’t make any comments on my difficult hair (like other hairdressers have in the past). Super happy with my experience here!
