Cancellation Policy
We understand the need to change or cancel appointments so therefore Allura has a 48 hours cancellation policy. If you cancel within 48 hours or do not arrive for your appointment, we will charge a 50% cancellation fee, and require a credit card deposit to confirm your next booking. To ensure that other clients’ services are not disrupted, please call if you are running late for your appointment. We may be unable to honour your booking in peak times if you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment.
Booking Deposit
In order to secure your appointment you will need to pay a $50 credit card deposit which is then taken off your service. You will have your own personal stylist allocated to pampering you for the entire duration of your appointment and they will ensure they take the booking deposit off the total cost of your service. If you are unable to make your appointment and need to reschedule, we request at least 48 hours’ notice. If you fail to give 48 hours’ notice your $50 security deposit is non-refundable.
Weekend Surcharge
Due to rising weekend wage costs, we’ve implemented a 10% surcharge on all weekend appointments. This helps ensure our team receives fair compensation and we continue to deliver a 5 star guest experience.
