Cancellation Policy

To ensure we can provide the personalized experience you deserve with your dedicated stylist, we kindly ask for a minimum 48 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment, so we can offer the valuable time to another guest. Appointment confirmations are quick and easy! Simply reply YES to our SMS confirmation message or CALL 9707 0864 to reschedule/cancel your booking. Unconfirmed appointments will be automatically removed. To be respectful of your stylists’ time, a 50% cancellation fee will apply for cancellations within 48 hours or missed appointments (no-shows) will result in all future bookings being cancelled and requiring a $50 booking deposit to secure your next booking.
